We take great pride in shipping the quality you expect on each and every order.  Given the perishable nature of our real Christmas greenery products, we do not generally accept returns on live Christmas trees, fresh Christmas wreaths and other natural holiday greenery.  We will however accept local exchanges for equivalent product and price.
